New York High School Softball - Starpoint bounces Iroquois

The Starpoint Spartans routed the host Iroquois Chiefs softball squad by a final score of 10-0 in Friday's league battle.

The Spartans (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Amherst Central (Amherst, NY). The Tigers go into the Section 6 Erie County II battle with a 1-7 record.

The Chiefs now possess a 4-4 record. They play next when they travel to Williamsville East for a Section 6 Erie County II battle on Saturday, May 6. Iroquois will confront a Flames squad coming off a 4-3 non-league win over St. Mary's (Lancaster, NY). The Flames record now stands at 5-2.
