The Penobscot Valley Howlers softball team scored 32 runs and limited the host Lee Academy Pandas to 0 in the Howlers league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Penobscot Valley moves its record to 4-0 on the year. The Howlers travel to Penquis Valley (Milo, ME) to clash with the Patriots in a non-league game on Monday, May 8. The Patriots come into the game with a record of 4-0. Penquis Valley won 10-6 in their recent non-league game against Greenville (Greenville, ME)

In their next game, the Pandas clash with the Woodland Dragons (Baileyville, ME) in a Class D North game, on Saturday, May 6. Lee Academy will attempt to move on its 0-5 season record. The Dragons come into the game with a 4-2 record after their 5-1 non-league win over Searsport (Searsport, ME).
