The crowd at Friday's league match between the Owen J. Roberts Wildcats (Pottstown, PA) and the visiting Norristown Eagles (Norristown, PA), saw Owen J. Roberts's softball squad achieve victory over Norristown by a count of 13-5.

The Wildcats now sport a 4-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Perkiomen Valley for a Pioneer match on Monday, May 8. Owen J. Roberts will face a Vikings squad coming off a 10-2 league loss to Boyertown (Boyertown, PA). The Vikings record now stands at 6-7.

With the loss, Norristown falls to 2-8 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Spring-Ford (Royersford, PA) to face the Rams in a Pioneer match on Monday, May 8. The Rams enter the match with a record of 7-3. Spring-Ford won 7-5 in their recent league match against Methacton (Norristown, PA)
