The crowd at Friday's league match between the Upsala Cardinals (Upsala, MN) and the host Osakis Silverstreaks (Osakis, MN), saw Upsala's softball squad nip Osakis by a count of 5-3.

The Cardinals now sport a 12-0 record. They take the field next when they host Breckenridge for a non-league match on Monday, May 8.

With the loss, Osakis falls to 1-5 on the campaign. The Silverstreaks host Swanville (Swanville, MN) to face the Bulldogs in a Prairie match on Tuesday, May 9. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 1-2.
