The St. Joseph Wildcats routed the host Paul VI Eagles softball squad by a count of 7-0 in Sunday's non-league battle.
The Wildcats (13-6) will now prepare for their battle against Cedar Creek (Egg Harbor City, NJ). The Pirates go into the non-league battle with a 5-9 record. In their last battle, Cedar Creek was routed by Southern Regional (Manahawkin, NJ), 12-2, in a non-league battle.
The Eagles now sport a 11-8 record. They play next when they host Camden Catholic for a Olympic - National battle on Monday, May 6. Paul VI will meet a Fighting Irish squad coming off a 12-0 non-league loss to Ocean City (Ocean City, NJ). The Fighting Irish record now stands at 4-14.
