The Frankfort Wildcats baseball team scored 8 runs and held the visiting Centralia Panthers to 6 in the Wildcats non-league win on Monday.

The Wildcats now hold a 15-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Valley Heights for a Twin Valley test on Friday, May 9. Frankfort will play a Mustangs team coming off a 15-4 non-league loss to Republic County (Belleville, KS). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-16.

With the defeat, Centralia drops to 10-9 on the year. The Panthers host Marysville (Marysville, KS) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Friday, May 9. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 7-12. Marysville lost 17-2 in their recent league test against Concordia (Concordia, KS)
