The Vianney Golden Griffins (Kirkwood, MO) baseball the visiting Oakville Tigers (St. Louis, MO), 6-1 in Monday's non-league challenge.
The Golden Griffins now own a 24-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to O'Fallon for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 7. Vianney will clash with a Panthers team coming off a 15-0 league win over East St. Louis (East St. Louis, IL). The Panthers record now stands at 16-6.
With the defeat, Oakville drops to 10-7 on the year. The Tigers host Festus (Festus, MO) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 6. The Tigers go into the challenge with a record of 14-7. Festus lost 8-4 in their recent league challenge against Farmington (Farmington, MO)
