The Valor Academy (Van Nuys, CA) baseball trounced the host Valley Oaks CES Vanguards (Sun Valley, CA), 20-5 in Monday's league challenge.
The now own a 7-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Community Charter for a North Valley challenge on Thursday, May 8. Valor Academy will clash with a Titans team coming off a 8-7 league loss to Bert Corona Charter (Pacoima, CA). The Titans record now stands at 2-11.
With the defeat, Valley Oaks CES drops to 3-10 on the year. The Vanguards host Triumph Charter (Sylmar, CA) to clash with the Jaguars in a North Valley challenge on Thursday, May 8. The Jaguars go into the challenge with a record of 12-10. Triumph Charter won 17-8 in their recent league challenge against Lakeview Charter (Sylmar, CA)
