The Rockbridge County Wildcats triumphed over the host Blacksburg Bruins lacrosse team by a tally of 13-7 in Monday's league match.

Next up, the Wildcats confront the Glass Hilltoppers (Lynchburg, VA) in a Seminole match, on Thursday, May 8. Rockbridge County will attempt to improve on its 9-2 season record. The Hilltoppers come into the match with a 7-2 record after their 14-9 league win over Cave Spring (Roanoke, VA).

The Bruins (10-1) will now prepare for their match against Hidden Valley (Roanoke, VA). The Titans come into the Seminole match with a 5-6 record. In their last match, Hidden Valley was overwhelmed by Salem (Salem, VA), 14-5, in a league match.
