In Monday's league contest, the host Mountain View Wildcats lacrosse squad scored a tight 1-0 triumph over the North Stafford Wolverines.
The Wildcats (12-2) will now prepare for their contest against Patriot (Nokesville, VA). The Pioneers go into the non-league contest with a 4-5 record.
Next, the Wolverines battle the Colonial Forge Eagles (Stafford, VA) in a Commonwealth test, on Thursday, May 8. North Stafford will attempt to move on its 4-9 season record. The Eagles enter the test with a 12-1 record after their 12-8 non-league win over Patriot (Nokesville, VA).
