Crestwood Chargers (Dearborn Heights, MI) backers exited the stadium pleased Monday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Romulus Eagles (Romulus, MI), 9-1 in a league test.

With the triumph, Crestwood advances its record to 7-8 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Thurston (Redford, MI) to clash with the Eagles in a Western Wayne - Red test on Wednesday, May 7. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 5-9. Thurston lost 5-0 in their recent non-league test against Anderson (Southgate, MI)

The Eagles now have a 2-7 record. They take the field next when they host Annapolis for a non-league test on Wednesday, May 7. Romulus will clash with a Cougars team coming off a 8-0 non-league loss to Melvindale (Melvindale, MI). The Cougars record now stands at 1-6.
