The Pueblo West Cyclones (Pueblo West, CO) baseball got by the visiting Fountain-Fort Carson Trojans (Fountain, CO), 2-1 in Monday's non-league challenge.
The Cyclones now own a 10-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Liberty for a challenge on Saturday, May 10. Pueblo West will clash with a Lancers team coming off a 10-7 league win over Pine Creek (Colorado Springs, CO). The Lancers record now stands at 5-10.
With the defeat, Fountain-Fort Carson drops to 5-9 on the year.
