Greenwich Witches (Greenwich, NY) backers exited the stadium satisfied Monday as they saw their lacrosse team gain a win over the host Albany Falcons (Albany, NY), 16-13 in a non-league game.

With the victory, Greenwich improves its record to 5-4 on the season. The Witches travel to Johnstown (Johnstown, NY) to play the Sir Bills in a Section 2 Colonial game on Wednesday, May 7. The Sir Bills come into the game with a record of 3-7. Johnstown lost 9-1 in their recent non-league game against Voorheesville (Voorheesville, NY)

The Falcons now have a 2-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Newburgh Free Academy for a non-league game on Tuesday, May 6. Albany will play a Goldbacks team coming off a 15-10 non-league loss to Goshen Central (Goshen, NY). The Goldbacks record now stands at 3-7.
