In Monday's non-league challenge, the visiting Penn Yan Academy Mustangs lacrosse squad scored a good 19-4 triumph over the Mynderse Academy Blue Devils.

The Mustangs (7-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Honeoye Falls-Lima (Honeoye Falls, NY). The Cougars go into the non-league challenge with a 7-2 record. In their last challenge, Honeoye Falls-Lima knocked off Gates Chili (Rochester, NY), 21-5, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Blue Devils clash with the Midlakes Screaming Eagles (Clifton Springs, NY) in a Section 5 Finger Lakes challenge, on Tuesday, May 6. Mynderse Academy will attempt to better on its 3-5 season record. The Screaming Eagles go into the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 16-2 league win over Newark (Newark, NY).
