In Monday's league test, the Prescott Cardinals (Prescott, WI) softball squad the host Baldwin-Woodville Blackhawks (Baldwin, WI), by a tally of 10-8.
Next, the Cardinals clash with the Osceola Chieftains (Osceola, WI) in a Middle Border test, on Tuesday, May 6. Prescott will attempt to advance on its 12-6 season record. The Chieftains go into the test with a 3-11 record after their 10-0 league loss to Ellsworth (Ellsworth, WI).
The Blackhawks (9-3) will now prepare for their test against St. Croix Central (Hammond, WI). The Panthers go into the Middle Border test with a 3-9 record. In their last test, St. Croix Central held off Amery (Amery, WI), 13-0, in a league test.
