The Lakers now sport a 5-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lakeville North for a South Suburban Conference battle on Wednesday, May 7. Prior Lake will encounter a Panthers team coming off a 4-3 league win over Shakopee (Shakopee, MN). The Panthers record now stands at 7-5.

With the loss, Burnsville moves to 1-3 on the season. The Blaze host Apple Valley (Apple Valley, MN) to encounter the Eagles in a South Suburban Conference game on Tuesday, May 6.
