Timberline Blazers (Lacey, WA) supporters left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Gig Harbor Tides (Gig Harbor, WA), 8-1 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Timberline improves its record to 14-4 on the year. The Blazers host Tumwater (Tumwater, WA) to play the Thunderbirds in a non-league game on Tuesday, May 13. The Thunderbirds enter the game with a record of 14-3.

The Tides now hold a 15-3 record.
