The crowd at Monday's league bout between the Glenbard East Rams (Lombard, IL) and the visiting Glenbard South Raiders (Glen Ellyn, IL), observed Glenbard East's softball team get by Glenbard South by a tally of 10-4.

The Rams (15-2) will now prepare for their bout against Riverside-Brookfield (Riverside, IL). The Bulldogs go into the Upstate Eight bout with a 14-8 record. In their last bout, Riverside-Brookfield tipped Fenton (Bensenville, IL), 12-1, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Raiders clash with the Elmwood Park Tigers (Elmwood Park, IL) in a Upstate Eight bout, on Tuesday, May 6. Glenbard South will attempt to advance on its 6-11 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 6-13 record after their 17-0 league loss to South Elgin (South Elgin, IL).
