The crowd at Monday's league bout between the Sandwich Indians (Sandwich, IL) and the host Harvard Hornets (Harvard, IL), observed Sandwich's softball team get by Harvard by a tally of 3-0.

The Indians (9-8) will now prepare for their bout against Richmond-Burton (Richmond, IL). The Rockets go into the Kishwaukee River bout with a 18-6 record. In their last bout, Richmond-Burton tipped Woodstock (Woodstock, IL), 8-0, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Hornets clash with the Woodstock North Thunder (Woodstock, IL) in a Kishwaukee River bout, on Tuesday, May 6. Harvard will attempt to advance on its 11-8 season record. The Thunder go into the bout with a 8-7 record after their 5-2 league win over Johnsburg (Johnsburg, IL).
