Minnesota High School Softball - Hill-Murray can't get by Mahtomedi

The Mahtomedi Zephyrs edged the visiting Hill-Murray Pioneers softball squad by a count of 7-6 in Monday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Zephyrs meet the North Polars (North St. Paul, MN) in a Metro East challenge, on Tuesday, May 6. Mahtomedi will attempt to upgrade on its 5-8 season record.

The Pioneers (7-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Two Rivers (Mendota Heights, MN). The Warriors enter the Classic Suburban challenge with a 6-6 record. In their last challenge, Two Rivers edged Simley (Inver Grove Heights, MN), 22-12, in a league challenge.
