The Stevens Point Panthers softball team scored 13 runs and held the host Kimberly Papermakers to 7 in the Panthers non-league win on Monday.
The Panthers now possess a 15-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Merrill for a Wisconsin Valley battle on Tuesday, May 6.
With the loss, Kimberly moves to 8-2 on the season. The Papermakers travel to Neenah (Neenah, WI) to confront the Rockets in a Fox Valley Association battle on Tuesday, May 6. The Rockets come into the battle with a record of 9-2. Neenah won 7-4 in their recent league battle against Oshkosh West (Oshkosh, WI)
