The Morley Stanwood Mohawks softball team scored 10 runs and held the host Lakeview Wildcats to 0 in the Mohawks league win on Monday.

The Mohawks now sport a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lakeview for a Central State Activities Association-Gold battle on Monday, May 5. Morley Stanwood will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 18-4 league loss to Kent City (Kent City, MI). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-11.

With the loss, Lakeview moves to 3-12 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Grosse Pointe North (Grosse Pointe, MI) to confront the Norsemen in a non-league battle on Monday, May 5. The Norsemen come into the battle with a record of 5-9. Grosse Pointe North lost 9-6 in their recent league battle against Chippewa Valley (Clinton Township, MI)
