With the triumph, Liberal improves its record to 7-4 on the year. The Redskins travel to Dodge City (Dodge City, KS) to face the Demons in a Western Athletic contest on Tuesday, May 13. The Demons enter the contest with a record of 3-19.
The Mustangs now hold a 15-3 record. They play next when they travel to Scott for a non-league contest on Friday, May 9. Southwestern Heights will face a Beavers squad coming off a 18-10 league loss to Goodland (Goodland, KS). The Beavers record now stands at 4-10.
