In Monday's league test, the Richmond-Burton Rockets (Richmond, IL) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Woodstock Blue Streaks (Woodstock, IL), by a tally of 8-0.

Next, the Rockets meet the Sandwich Indians (Sandwich, IL) in a Kishwaukee River test, on Tuesday, May 6. Richmond-Burton will attempt to advance on its 18-6 season record. The Indians go into the test with a 9-8 record after their 3-0 league win over Harvard (Harvard, IL).

The Blue Streaks (3-16) will now prepare for their test against Plano (Plano, IL). The Reapers go into the Kishwaukee River test with a 6-14 record. In their last test, Plano was routed by Marengo (Marengo, IL), 17-1, in a non-league test.
