The crowd at Tuesday's league battle between the Windom Eagles (Windom, MN) and the visiting Pipestone Arrows (Pipestone, MN), saw Windom's baseball team gain a win over Pipestone by a tally of 16-6.
The Eagles (11-4) will now prepare for their battle against Jackson County Central (Jackson, MN). The Huskies enter the Southwest battle with a 7-8 record. In their last battle, Jackson County Central was overwhelmed by Luverne (Luverne, MN), 13-1, in a league battle.
Next, the Arrows face the Murray County Central Rebels (Slayton, MN) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, May 7. Pipestone will attempt to upgrade on its 4-9 season record. The Rebels enter the battle with a 7-0 record after their 6-2 non-league win over Tracy-Milroy-Balaton (Tracy, MN).
