Alabama High School Softball - Excel bounces Hillcrest

The Excel Panthers softball team scored 16 runs and held the visiting Hillcrest Jaguars to 3 in the Panthers non-league win on Tuesday.

The Panthers now sport a 12-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to T.R. Miller for a non-league battle on Tuesday, May 5. Excel will confront a Tigers team coming off a 15-0 non-league win over Monroe County (Monroeville, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 14-19.

With the loss, Hillcrest moves to 11-10 on the season.
