Washington High School Softball - Mountain View bested by Kelso

The Kelso Hilanders triumphed over the host Mountain View Thunder softball squad by a count of 14-0 in Tuesday's league challenge.

Next, the Hilanders play the Montesano Bulldogs (Montesano, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, May 7. Kelso will attempt to upgrade on its 12-5 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 21-0 record after their 11-1 league win over Tenino (Tenino, WA).

The Thunder (3-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Evergreen (Vancouver, WA). The Plainsmen enter the 3A Greater St. Helens challenge with a 0-11 record. In their last challenge, Evergreen was routed by Heritage (Vancouver, WA), 24-0, in a league challenge.
