Ripon Indians (Ripon, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Kimball Jaguars (Tracy, CA), 13-3 in a league challenge.

The Indians now own a 5-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Oakdale for a Valley Oak League challenge on Monday, May 10. Ripon will battle a Mustangs squad coming off a 9-0 league win over Central Catholic (Modesto, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 12-3.

With the loss, Kimball falls to 11-8 on the campaign. The Jaguars host East Union (Manteca, CA) to battle the Lancers in a Valley Oak League challenge on Wednesday, May 12. The Lancers enter the challenge with a record of 5-6. East Union won 8-5 in their recent league challenge against Manteca (Manteca, CA)
