The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Essex Tech Hawks (Hathorne, MA) and the visiting Lowell Catholic Crusaders (Lowell, MA), saw Essex Tech's lacrosse team achieve victory over Lowell Catholic by a margin of 13-7.
The Hawks (9-1) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Mary's (Lynn, MA). The Spartans enter the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, St. Mary's edged Cardinal Spellman (Brockton, MA), 11-8, in a league challenge.
The Crusaders (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Mystic Valley Regional (Malden, MA). The Eagles enter the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record.
