New York High School Lacrosse - Yorktown drops to John Jay

In Friday's league test, the visiting John Jay Wolves lacrosse squad scored a good 17-9 victory over the Yorktown Huskers.

The Wolves now have a 12-2 record. They take the field next when they host Hendrick Hudson for a Section I -B test on Tuesday, May 10. John Jay will face a Sailors squad coming off a 16-3 non-league loss to Bronxville (Bronxville, NY). The Sailors record now stands at 9-6.

In their next game, the Huskers face the Somers Tuskers (Lincolndale, NY) in a Section I -B test, on Tuesday, May 10. Yorktown will attempt to move on its 5-10 season record. The Tuskers come into the test with a 9-6 record after their 13-12 league loss to Mahopac (Mahopac, NY).
