Spectators at Friday's non-league match between the Mt. Spokane Wildcats (Mead, WA) and the host Central Valley Bears (Spokane Valley, WA), witnessed Mt. Spokane's softball squad prevail over Central Valley by a count of 17-2.

The Wildcats now sport a 7-0 record. They play next when they travel to Lewis & Clark for a non-league match on Monday, May 9.

With the loss, Central Valley moves to 1-7 on the season. The Bears host University (Spokane, WA) to face the Titans in a non-league match on Tuesday, May 10. The Titans go into the match with a record of 6-1.
