The San Dieguito Academy Mustangs the visiting Oceanside Pirates softball squad by a final score of 10-8 in Friday's league battle.

The Mustangs (15-11) will now prepare for their battle against Mission Vista (Oceanside, CA). The go into the Avocado North County battle with a 13-12 record. In their last battle, Mission Vista by Sage Creek (Carlsbad, CA), 11-1, in a league battle.
