The Crusaders now sport a 9-1 record. They take the field next when they host Westerly for a Division 2 A match on Monday, May 9. Prout will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 6-3 league win over Exeter-West Greenwich (West Greenwich, RI). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-3.

With the loss, Portsmouth falls to 2-7 on the campaign. The Patriots host Rogers (Newport, RI) to face the Vikings in a Division 2 A match on Monday, May 9. The Vikings enter the match with a record of 0-9. Rogers lost 13-0 in their recent league match against Narragansett (Narragansett, RI)
