Gretna Dragons (Gretna, NE) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Bellevue East Chieftains (Bellevue, NE), 10-0 in a league test.
With the win, Gretna upgrades its record to 22-8 on the season. The Dragons host Papillion-LaVista (Papillion, NE) to battle the Monarchs in a test on Saturday, May 6. The Monarchs come into the test with a record of 11-17. Papillion-LaVista won 20-0 in their recent non-league test against Buena Vista (Omaha, NE)
With the defeat, Bellevue East falls to 15-17 on the season.
