New York High School Baseball - Gananda Central can't hold off Midlakes

In Saturday's non-league game, the host Midlakes Screaming Eagles baseball team scored a tight 8-7 victory over the Gananda Central Blue Panthers.
The Screaming Eagles (6-5) will now prepare for their game against Mynderse Academy (Seneca Falls, NY). The Blue Devils go into the Section 5 Finger Lakes - East game with a 4-7 record. In their last game, Mynderse Academy was edged by Palmyra-Macedon (Palmyra, NY), 7-2, in a league game.
The Blue Panthers (5-10) will now prepare for their game against Clyde-Savannah (Clyde, NY). The Golden Eagles go into the Section 5 Wayne County game with a 5-8 record. In their last game, Clyde-Savannah tipped Lyons (Lyons, NY), 8-2, in a league game.
