Hardin Northern Polar Bears (Dola, OH) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Temple Christian Pioneers (Lima, OH), 30-1 in a league battle.

Coming up next, the Polar Bears play the Waynesfield-Goshen Tigers (Waynesfield, OH) in a Northwest Central battle, on Monday, May 8. Hardin Northern will attempt to move on its 13-6 season record. The Tigers enter the battle with a 10-4 record after their 20-2 league win over Ridgedale (Morral, OH).

The Pioneers now possess a 1-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Elgin for a Northwest Central battle on Monday, May 8. Temple Christian will play a Comets squad coming off a 22-3 league win over Upper Scioto Valley (McGuffey, OH). The Comets record now stands at 13-6.
