In Saturday's league battle, the visiting Kaneland Knights soccer squad scored a close 4-0 triumph over the Sycamore Spartans.
The Knights (12-4) will now prepare for their battle against Benet Academy (Lisle, IL). The Redwings come into the non-league battle with a 14-4 record. In their last battle, Benet Academy nudged Proviso West (Hillside, IL), 15-0, in a non-league battle.
The Spartans (10-8) will now prepare for their outing against DeKalb (DeKalb, IL). The Barbs go into the non-league outing with a 5-9 record. In their last outing, DeKalb held off Dixon (Dixon, IL), 1-0, in a non-league outing.
