The Salmon River Shamrocks lacrosse team scored 18 points and held the host Canton Golden Bears to 8 in the Shamrocks league win on Saturday.

The Shamrocks (9-1) will now prepare for their game against Colton-Pierrepont (Colton, NY). The Colts go into the Section 10 Freelance game with a 2-10 record. In their last game, Colton-Pierrepont was overwhelmed by Potsdam (Potsdam, NY), 10-9, in a league game.
