In Saturday's non-league contest, the Duchesne Eagles (Duchesne, UT) softball team overwhelmed the host Monticello Buckaroo (Monticello, UT), by a margin of 27-0.

With the triumph, Duchesne moves its record to 24-5 on the year. The Eagles travel to Gunnison Valley (Gunnison, UT) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league contest on Thursday, May 11. The Bulldogs come into the contest with a record of 13-15. Gunnison Valley won 16-6 in their recent non-league contest against Milford (Milford, UT)
