Othello Huskies (Othello, WA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the host East Valley Red Devils (Yakima, WA), 8-7 in a league challenge.

The Huskies now own a 16-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to East Valley for a 2A CWAC challenge on Saturday, May 6. Othello will battle a Red Devils squad coming off a 16-0 non-league win over Eisenhower (Yakima, WA). The Red Devils record now stands at 9-4.

With the loss, East Valley falls to 10-5 on the campaign. The Red devils host Othello (Othello, WA) to battle the Huskies in a 2A CWAC challenge on Saturday, May 6. The Huskies enter the challenge with a record of 15-3. Othello won 15-0 in their recent league challenge against Grandview (Grandview, WA)
