Ohio High School Softball - Old Fort falls to Gibsonburg

In Saturday's league outing, the host Gibsonburg Golden Bears softball team scored a nice 13-0 win over the Old Fort Stockaders.

Coming up next, the Golden Bears battle the St. Joseph Central Catholic Crimson Streaks (Fremont, OH) in a Sandusky Bay - River outing, on Wednesday, May 10. Gibsonburg will attempt to upgrade on its 15-5 season record. The Crimson Streaks enter the outing with a 11-11 record after their 14-1 non-league win over Port Clinton (Port Clinton, OH).

The Stockaders (2-8) will now prepare for their outing against Hopewell-Loudon (Bascom, OH). The Chieftains enter the Sandusky Bay - River outing with a 22-0 record. In their last outing, Hopewell-Loudon ran past New Riegel (New Riegel, OH), 15-0, in a league outing.
