The crowd at Saturday's league match between the Pen Argyl Green Knights (Pen Argyl, PA) and the visiting Saucon Valley Panthers (Hellertown, PA), saw Pen Argyl's softball squad achieve victory over Saucon Valley by a count of 10-2.

The Green Knights now sport a 11-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bangor for a Colonial - East match on Monday, May 8. Pen Argyl will face a Slaters squad coming off a 8-0 non-league loss to Nazareth Area (Nazareth, PA). The Slaters record now stands at 11-6.

With the loss, Saucon Valley falls to 4-12 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Palisades (Kintnersville, PA) to face the Pirates in a Colonial - East match on Monday, May 8. The Pirates enter the match with a record of 17-1. Palisades won 16-5 in their recent league match against Wilson Area (Easton, PA)
