Pennsylvania High School Baseball - Newport loses to Halifax

The Newport Buffaloes baseball team (Newport, PA), was overwhelmed 14-1 in Monday's league outing with the visiting Halifax Wildcats (Halifax, PA)

The Wildcats now hold a 17-2 record. They take the field next when they host Greenwood for a Tri-Valley outing on Thursday, May 9. Halifax will face a Wildcats team coming off a 7-6 league win over Juniata (Mifflintown, PA). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-12.
