Missouri High School Baseball - Lutheran South loses to Webster Groves

The Webster Groves Statesmen crushed the host Lutheran South Lancers baseball team by a count of 8-2 in Monday's league bout.
The Statesmen now possess a 17-12 record. They take the field next when they host Vianney for a non-league bout on Tuesday, May 7. Webster Groves will face a Golden Griffins team coming off a 9-1 non-league win over Union (Union, MO). The Golden Griffins record now stands at 14-16.
Next, the Lancers face the McCluer North Stars (Florissant, MO) in a Class 5 District 2 bout, on Wednesday, May 15. Lutheran South will attempt to move on its 15-16 season record.
