The St. John's Pioneers baseball team scored 16 runs and limited the visiting Malden Catholic Lancers to 6 in the Pioneers league victory on Monday.
The Pioneers (12-3) will now prepare for their match against Xaverian Brothers (Westwood, MA). The Hawks go into the Catholic match with a 9-5 record. In their last match, Xaverian Brothers gained a win over St. John's Prep (Danvers, MA), 8-3, in a league match.
