The Santa Fe Chiefs baseball team (Alma, MO), was overwhelmed 13-3 in Monday's non-league outing with the host St. Paul Lutheran Saints (Concordia, MO)
The Saints now hold a 7-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Concordia for a Class 2 District 14 outing on Thursday, May 9.
Next, the Chiefs confront the Drexel Bobcats (Drexel, MO) in a non-league outing, on Friday, May 10. Santa Fe will attempt to advance on its 1-13 season record. The Bobcats go into the outing with a 4-9 record after their 10-0 non-league win over Northeast Vernon County (Walker, MO).
