Illinois High School Volleyball - Maine South edged by New Trier

The New Trier Trevians held off the visiting Maine South Hawks volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Monday's league test.
The Trevians now have a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Deerfield for a non-league test on Wednesday, May 15.
The Hawks (15-2) will now prepare for their test against Glenbrook South (Glenview, IL). The Titans enter the test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Glenbrook South was nudged by Maine West (Des Plaines, IL), 2-0, in a non-league test.
