The crowd at Monday's league test between the Highland Tech Rams (Gastonia, NC) and the host Bessemer City Yellow Jackets (Bessemer City, NC), saw Highland Tech's soccer squad triumph over Bessemer City by a margin of 9-0.

The Rams now sport a 12-4 record. They play next when they host Burns for a Southern Piedmont 1A/2A test on Tuesday, May 7. Highland Tech will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 8-0 league loss to East Gaston (Mt. Holly, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-10.

With the loss, Bessemer City drops to 2-14 on the season. The Yellow jackets host Thomas Jefferson (Mooresboro, NC) to meet the Gryphons in a Southern Piedmont 1A/2A test on Tuesday, May 7. The Gryphons come into the test with a record of 10-2. Thomas Jefferson won 2-0 in their recent league test against Shelby (Shelby, NC)
