Lake Norman Wildcats (Mooresville, NC) followers went home satisfied Monday as they saw their soccer squad knock off the visiting Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls (Harrisburg, NC), 2-0 in a league test.

The Wildcats now sport a 13-7 record. They play next when they host Mooresville for a Greater Metro 4A test on Thursday, May 9. Lake Norman will meet a Blue Devils squad coming off a 1-0 league win over South Iredell (Statesville, NC). The Blue Devils record now stands at 14-3.

With the loss, Hickory Ridge drops to 9-10 on the season. The Ragin' bulls travel to West Cabarrus (Concord, NC) to meet the Wolverines in a Greater Metro 4A test on Thursday, May 9. The Wolverines come into the test with a record of 6-12. West Cabarrus won 4-1 in their recent league test against A.L. Brown (Kannapolis, NC)
