Coming up next, the Terriers confront the Cave Spring Knights (Roanoke, VA) in a River Ridge contest, on Wednesday, May 8. William Byrd will attempt to improve on its 5-6 season record. The Knights enter the challenge with a 6-4 record after their 10-3 league win over Blacksburg (Blacksburg, VA).

The Bruins (6-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Jefferson Forest (Forest, VA). The Cavaliers enter the non-league challenge with a 7-5 record. In their last challenge, Jefferson Forest was tipped by Salem (Salem, VA), 16-5, in a non-league challenge.
